Dear Parents,

From next week, 11th January, I will be phoning each child to have a chat about their work, how they are getting on during yet another lockdown and how they are feeling.  I will be phoning between 9-11.30am.  Therefore, please send me the best phone number to call on and as soon as I receive this, I can allocate a day for your child.  Please be aware that I will be calling from an 'unknown number'.  You can send your number to my normal school email address:

mrsbriggs-mould@sherston.wilts.sch.uk

Thank you.

Dear Maple Class,  smiley

Even though not being together at school again is sad, it is very important that we remember why this is happening and that we must all do our best to keep each other safe.  You are all very sensible and caring and I know you understand this and will do your best to stay happy, healthy and smiling.

I will be setting work for you each day and asking your parents to send me a piece of work each week - you won't know which one so make sure you do your best with everything!

As very grown-up Year 3s, there is a lot of work you can get on with by yourself which is not only important for your learning now but also to help your parents who will probably have to do a lot of work at home too.  Show them how well you can get on but if they keep disturbing you with their chit-chatting, tell them they won't be able to go out to play!!

I'm missing you already Maple Class so let's keep in touch - send me lots of emails if you can wink

Love from,

Mrs Briggs-Mould
