Well done to Chestnut Class for their fantastic assembly this morning. Through the story of 'The Raindrop' the children took us on a journey through the water cycle and promoted their important message of protecting our planet and water sources.

Along with super singing and acting performances the children also played an integral part in writing the script. Thank you to all our parents for joining this special show - we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!

  • STEM Week kicks off with Dyson 'Air Pollution' Workshop

    Tue 07 Feb 2023

Huge thanks to the James Dyson Foundation for kicking off our #STEMWEEK and helping inspire the next generation of engineers! Our Y5/6 pupils enjoyed a fascinating workshop on ‘Air Pollution’ delivered by Dyson engineers. It was a great opportunity for the children to gain insights into what engineering is like and how it can tackle the global problem of air pollution. Using excess Dyson parts, cardboard and tape, the children then rose to the challenge of designing and building their own solutions to air pollution. #InspiringTheNextGeneration #EngineeringEducation #STEM
