The event will include a presentation from Mr Towers about our EYFS offering and plans for our new EYFS space launching September 2024, followed by a tour of the school and an opportunity to chat with key members of the team. Congratulations to all our children who took part in the Y3/4 Tag Rugby Festival last week – they showed fantastic team and sporting spirit, even volunteering to make up the numbers for schools without enough players. Oak & Rowan class had a fantastic day experiencing an adventure through the world’s oceans on their class trip to Bristol Aquarium last week. Linking to their topic ‘Beside the Seaside’ they also enjoyed a special ‘under the sea’ talk.
We enjoyed a lovely afternoon at the Malmesbury Cluster Rounders Festival last week. Well done to all our Y5s who took part for a fantastic team effort...scooping the top spot as tournament winners!
Sycamore class had a fun-filled day at the Malmesbury cluster Athletics Games last week, with great performances all round across track and field events. Well done to all our Y6s, as always you were a credit to yourselves and the school.
Fun in the sun! Thank you to our families for joining us - we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. Well done to all our children for their fantastic throwing, jumping, running, cheering and team spirit! Thanks to the FSS for providing lollies for the children to enjoy, to our parents who provided some much needed shelter and even iced water for the grown-ups!... and to Tea Smart Photography for capturing this special event for us. We are now ready and raring to go for our next all school sporting event on Saturday 1st July – FSS Olympic Day!
