Reading
By years 4 & 5, the children will be more independent with their reading and will be reading longer chapter books across a range of genres, including non fiction. It is important that the children continue to talk about what they have read with an adult at home. Below are some resources that may support reading at home in Willow Class.
Reading records will be checked once a week as part of the guided reading session. Please continue to send in reading records and reading books daily.
