    Tue 24 Jan 2023

Willow class enjoyed a lovely afternoon with Sustainable Sherston planting new trees and saplings in the school grounds yesterday. A very big thank you to… Wessex Water for the cherry, oak, crab apple, field maple and silver birch trees…to Jill Woodward for kindly donating the beech tree… to The Woodland Trust for the saplings…and to Richard Skeffington, Martin Smith, Mike Pope and Eleanor Lines from Sustainable Sherston for imparting all their tree planting knowledge and managing the planting! AND last but by no means least, thank you to all our Willow class children for their enthusiasm and hard work.

  • Young Voices 2023

    Wed 11 Jan 2023

Well done to all our Young Voices 2023 superstar singers – what a fantastic night being part of the largest school choir concert in the world! As always the children were amazing ambassadors for the school and sung beautifully with all the other choirs, not to mention @heathersmallmpeople! Thank you to Miss Harrison, Miss Linda, our parent helpers, and all our families who came along to support them – we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!

  • Y3-6 Running Club!

    Wed 11 Jan 2023

An amazing effort and lots of enthusiasm from all our children who came along to the first session of running club this morning - well done everyone. Top number of laps of the school field…13! Thank you to Sarah Nelson, Penny Robinson and James Britton for organising this great club. Just a reminder these are drop-in sessions open to all year 3-6 children - no need to book or to have attended this week to join in the fun next week!
